    We offer both OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts depending on your vehicle and budget. We will explain the options and let you choose what works best for you.

  • Can I get an estimate before repairs?

    Yes. You will receive a written estimate before we perform any work, and we never complete repairs without your approval.

  • Do you charge for diagnostics?

    At Ward Auto, we offer a free 15-minute no-wrench inspection. This allows our technician to visually inspect the problem area and determine whether testing is needed.
    If we can identify the cause of the issue during this visual inspection, we will provide a repair estimate at no cost.

    If the problem cannot be confirmed visually—such as electrical issues, drivability concerns, or advanced A/C faults—diagnostic testing may be required to accurately pinpoint the root cause.

  • Why can’t you quote certain repairs over the phone?

    Many issues have multiple possible causes. To avoid inaccurate pricing or unnecessary repairs, we need to inspect the vehicle in person before giving an exact estimate.

  • Do you offer financing or payment options?

    Yes. Ward Auto offers financing through Affirm, Sunbit, and Klarna.

  • My check engine light is on—what should I do?

    A check engine light means your vehicle’s computer has detected an issue. We recommend scheduling a diagnostic soon to prevent further damage.

  • Why is my A/C blowing warm air?

    A/C issues may be caused by low refrigerant, leaks, blend door problems, or electrical faults. We diagnose and repair both R-134a and R-1234yf systems.

  • Why is my car shaking or vibrating?

    This may be related to suspension components, tires, engine performance, or driveline issues. A quick inspection will identify the exact cause.

  • Why are my brakes squeaking?

    Brake noise often indicates pad wear, rotor wear, or debris. We provide full brake inspections and same-day brake service in most cases.

  • How often should I change my oil?
