Ward Auto did exceptionally well service on my Ford F150. This included an oil change and overall evaluation of the truck. I arrived on time for the appointment and they took the truck in within 15 minutes. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and their review of the truck’s needs was excellent.

We’re from out-of-state. The exhaust on our Honda Fit completely disconnected. They got us in immediately, gave us an itemized estimate and a window of when the job could be finished. They met all our expectations with a fair price, completed quickly. They were highly recommended to us and we would highly recommend them.

We used Wards for the first time to have our state inspection done. The appointment was made and they were ready to serve us when we arrived. The technician and staff were professional. And as a bonus I didn’t feel grimy sitting and waiting for service, their waiting area is clean and comfortable!

Being new to NC from NY, my husband and I needed a new mechanic. We were very pleased with the work Ward Auto performed. Our Infinite needed the 60,000 miles work done. We got an itemized list , accepted most and it was done according. A nice touch is they have a mechanic sign off on checking and cleaning the car afterwards. We also like the warranty!

This was my first visit since the change in ownership. What a difference!! Inspection was less than 15min. Very courteous. Reservation for inspection was made for less than a week. Lobby was improved 1000%. Will likely try them for my next regular service.
